How to loss weight fast naturally and permanently

1. Reduce Stress:

A big cause of weight gain is stress. We know how much we hate being stressed, and yet we somehow find ourselves constantly dealing with stressful situations in our lives. The solution? Learn to say no! Do not allow yourself to take on things that make you feel overwhelmed; if you do, you'll never get anything done. You're only going to be able to keep your priorities straight when you aren't stressed out about everything else. 

2. Eat Right:

You may have heard all kinds of diet advice over the years, but if what you ate in the past was unhealthy, none of those diets were going to work in the long run. If you want to shed pounds fast, then you need to eat right.

That means eating fewer calories than you burn each day (calories kilocalories + fat + carbs + protein). To determine how many calories you should consume per day, use the following equation: total calorie intake equals 3,500-7,000+BMI*14total caloric intake. So if you weigh 150 lbs., you should consume between 2,700 and 4,200 calories daily. Of course, these numbers vary depending on your age and gender, but they will give you an idea of where you stand.

3. Get Moving:

Exercise is extremely important when trying to lose weight. Exercise is just as critical to maintaining your ideal body weight as diet. When you don't move enough, you tend to put on pounds, while when you do too much, you can easily start burning them off. Start with 30 minutes of moderate activity (walking) at least five days a week. As you progress, try increasing your time to 60 minutes three times a week, or even 90 minutes four times a week.

Remember, you don't have to go running around the block. Just take the stairs instead of the elevator, walk briskly around the office, or park further away from the grocery store.

4. Drink Water:

Even though water isn't exactly a food group, it's still necessary to stay properly hydrated. One of the quickest ways to lose weight is simply by drinking more water throughout the day. Try drinking eight glasses of water a day to help you slim down. 

5. Cut Back on Sugar:

Many people swear that sugar causes weight gain, but the truth is that sugar helps us maintain optimal health. However, if you're using it regularly, it could be interfering with your ability to control your appetite. Instead, cut back on the amount you consume, and eat healthier foods that don't spike blood glucose levels. 

6. Have More Protein:


People who eat more protein tend to feel full longer, so they tend to eat less. Plus, they tend to increase their metabolic rate, which burns calories faster. Studies show that people who eat a high-protein diet lose more weight than low-carbohydrate eaters. 

7. Limit Alcohol Consumption:

While alcohol is technically a food, it's best consumed in moderation. Too often people drink too much without thinking about the consequences and end up consuming too many calories. But, just like any food, alcohol doesn't fill you up, so it tends to leave you hungry. Keep in mind that alcohol has calories, so if you choose to indulge, do so responsibly. And if you want to enjoy yourself, consider having mixed drinks rather than straight ones. 

8. Avoid Snacking:

Eating small meals throughout the day makes it easier to stick to your regular meal schedule. Not only does it prevent overeating, but it keeps your metabolism active and gives you sustained energy throughout the day. 

9. Watch Your Calories:

Finally, you might want to limit your portion sizes. Most people think that eating smaller portions will lead to weight loss, but this isn't always true. Some studies suggest that larger servings promote weight loss. Choose lean meats and vegetables whenever possible, and avoid fatty items. 

10. Be Consistent:


Don't expect overnight results. After all, losing weight takes time, especially if you've been putting it off for a long period. By sticking to a routine, you'll notice that you're starting to lose weight almost immediately. Plus, as you continue to succeed, you'll build confidence, which can motivate you to lose even more weight. 

11. Join a Support Group:

Having someone to share your experiences with can be helpful. There are a variety of groups online that provide support for members who struggle with weight loss, including Facebook and Weight Watchers International. 

12. Stay Positive:

Losing weight isn't easy, but it's worth it. If you stop focusing on the negative aspects of losing extra pounds, you'll make great strides toward reaching your goal. 

13. Reward Yourself:

Now that you've reached your desired weight, treat yourself by doing something special. Whether it's getting a massage, stopping by a restaurant for dinner, or buying yourself a new outfit, reward yourself for making it happen. I hope you find my blog useful and informative.
